Return Policy

Return Window

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unused and in resellable condition. We do not accept returns for used or damaged products unless the item arrived defective (see below).

Eligible Products

All products sold by Saint Jerome Press are eligible for return, as long as they meet the condition requirements above.

Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. We do not charge any restocking fees, but return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective products are eligible for free replacement or issuance of a full refund to the original payment method. Please contact us and we will assist you in submitting evidence of the defective or damaged books.

International Orders

We do not accept any international returns at this time. However, all orders placed directly through Saint Jerome Press are eligible for buyer protection from shipping damages or production defects.

It is our mission to make the Word of God accessible to all. As part of that calling, we do our best to ensure that each order is handled with care and delivered in a timely and reliable manner. The information below outlines what to expect as your order is prepared and shipped.

Transit Times

Please note that the estimated transit times shown during checkout reflect the time it takes for a package to travel from our warehouse to your delivery address.

These estimates do not include the time required to process and prepare your order.

  • All transit estimates are provided by our third-party shipping carriers.
  • These delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to external circumstances.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date through standard shipping methods.
  • If your order is time-sensitive and requires guaranteed delivery, please contact us by phone to arrange for an express shipping service with delivery assurances.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time are typically shipped the following business day.
  • Orders requiring LTL (truck freight) delivery require additional processing time and should be submitted directly through your assigned sales representative.
  • International shipments are collected by our carrier once per week and are generally processed & shipped in 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be available on the order confirmation page.
  • Tracking information is supplied directly by the carrier chosen at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. While most orders arrive without issue, occasional delays may occur beyond our control.

Special Delivery Requests

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Signature Required options for orders placed through our website.
  • If you have a special delivery need, please contact us by phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request in the spirit of service and care.

Online vs. Offline Customer Accounts

Some customers may have existing accounts created through previous phone or email orders. These accounts may include an account number but are not automatically linked to our website.

  • You do not need to link your old account in order to place prepaid orders through our website.
  • If you have established payment terms with us, please place any term-based orders by phone. All online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Tax-Exempt Status (Kansas Customers)

We are required to collect sales tax for online orders delivered within Kansas. If your organization is tax-exempt and wishes to place orders online, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. We will mark your account and email address as tax-exempt once documentation is verified.

Looking Up Past Orders

To help us locate a previous order, please let us know whether the order was placed through the website or through your organization’s account. We can search using your name, phone number, or shipping address.

Office & Warehouse Closures

These dates represent company-wide closures, during which our offices will not be staffed and orders will not be processed or shipped.
