Online vs. Offline Customer Accounts

Some customers may have existing accounts created through previous phone or email orders. These accounts may include an account number but are not automatically linked to our website.

  • You do not need to link your old account in order to place prepaid orders through our website.
  • If you have established payment terms with us, please place any term-based orders by phone. All online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Tax-Exempt Status (Kansas Customers)

If your organization is tax-exempt and wishes to place orders online, please contact our customer service team by phone or email.
